Nevada Senate Unanimously Approves Rooftop Solar Restoration

Nevada came a step closer to restoring its rooftop solar industry Sunday, as the state Senate voted 21-0 to approve legislation that would change rules dating to 2015 that made homeowner investments in clean energy unaffordable.
